Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao get lovey-dovey for Vogue
Can’t get enough of each other -
It’s been only five years since they got married. But Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao seem to know each other for ages. No wonder, Aamir believes that their honeymoon continues. Truly, madly, deeply in love with each other, the couple shot for their first photoshoot with Vogue, and after seeing the pictures you will feel drawn into their world, seemingly blissful and perfect.
Kudos to Vogue for such a sweet photoshoot. Though Kiran is a master behind the camera, she doesn’t have much fascination to pose in front of it. Yet, one likes her instantly for her poise and charismatic simplicity, and there is Aamir who is more a husband in the photoshoot rather than a big star, posing alongside his dear wifey.
Deepika Padukone steals Bipasha Basu’s thunder!
Seldom do we see a leading lady sidelined by an actress making a guest appearance in an item song. But such is the eye- grabbing appeal of Deepika Padukone shaking her booty for the item song Dum Maaro Dum, that Bipasha Basu, the film’s heroine, has been briefly forgotten.
The film’s first look has not the leading man Abhishek Bachchan, nor Bips, but Deepika Padukone flaunting her patli kamar and the dum maaro dum tattoo on it. And we must say the movie buff hasn’t groused about the absence of the lead actors.
But buzz is that Bipasha isn’t exactly pleased about being sidelined by Deepika who has just one-song appearance in the
movie. She is learnt to have expressed her displeasure to director Rohan Sippy who’s already busy dispelling the notion that
the film promotes a bad image of Goa as a drug and crime haven. Sippy has also been placating Dev Anand who’s groused that he holds the copyright of the song Dum Maaro Dum.
The film’s first teaser and the look has managed to grab the eyeballs and the controversies, however piffling or unwanted, are only bringing in more publicity before the movie’s release on April 22.
Don 2 stills - ‘Don’ Shahrukh Khan lands in jail!
Qaidi Shahrukh - ‘Don KO pakadna mushkil hi nahin, namumkin hai.’ The dialogue that the suave don, played by Shahrukh Khan, so flamboyantly mouthed in Farhan Akhtar’s Don may not hold true in the film’s sequel Don 2, currently being shot in Malaysia.
The sequences being shot show Shahrukh as a prisoner, lodged behind bars in a jail in Malaysia and matching his muscle power with the inmates.
The film will also have SRK doing a good number of death-defying stunts including a jump from a high-rise in Berlin.
Meanwhile, you can check out the Don 2 stills from SRK’s jail shoot.
